
If you are monitoring your hidden camera from your phone via internet connection, you need to have good understand on how network does work. Any internet connection issue will impact the connection between your phone's BVCAM app and the camera itself. If there are some lags in the live videos, you may need to choose a different resolution.
In case you want to test whether connection instability issue is due to the hidden camera or internet connection, you can switch to a faster network, or using your camera in different time. If for different network you still have the same issue, please contact us on support@wemlb.com, we will give you a replacement.
If you did not finish you WEMLB hidden camera settup, which means connect it to your Home wifi connection, you were using it in P2P mode, in this mode as long as you are far away from the camera you lost connection with it.
To resolve this issue you may need to reset the camera, start over the setup process and make sure you connect your wemlb Hidden camera to your home wifi.
In order to set up or connect to the hidden camera in P2P mode, you need to be able to see the camera's SSID ( as per below picture)
under your smartphone/tablet setting . In case you are not able to see this long code, you need to reset the WEMLB hidden camera. Click on this link to see the reset video
To reset your WEMLB Charger Adapter Hidden camera these simple steps:
Step 1: Find your Reset pin from the package or you can also choose to use a paper clip.
Step 2: Plug the charger camera into outlet
Step 3: Insert the pin to the reset key
Step 4: Try to find the reset button inside and then press for 5-7 seconds until the light turns red.
Step 5: Then wait few seconds, the color of the light will be changed as indicated in below the photos below.
Step 6: Finally you can go to your device's SETTING and check whether you can find the Wi-Fi SSID of your camera. If not, pull out and plug the charger into outlet again.

If you are camera's status is not "Online", it is "request service" or "offline", after setting attempting to connect it to WiFi, this issue depends on below scenerios
Connecting to your Home's WiFi
Most probabably the issue is a wrong WiFi's name or Password (this is true if you are using the camera at your home). In this case you can simply reset the camera and set it up again.
Connecting to your Workplace's WIFi
If you are using your workplace's WiFi's Connection, it may happen that your cooperate IT & network departement block certain traffic (password can be wrong as well) and put restrictions on the network. If you are sure that you are using the right password, please see with your IT or network department team.
Yes! You can, when say we provide hidden camera, we really means secret. We give you the option to turn OFF or turn ON your WEMLB Hidden Camera light indicator. Follow below instruction to turn ON or OFF the light indicator:
Locating the BVCAM apps either on your smart photho
Tap on the camera you whould like to get the light indicator ON or OFF
Toggle the red highlighed icon as shown the picture to either turn ON or OFF the light indicator.

Yes! You can absolulty record videos right on your phone using the BVCAM app from whereever you are as long as your device is connected to the hidden camera trough internet connection. This saves save you time of unplugging your camera from the outlest pull out the SD card and read data on computer.

If you did activate alarm (motion detection), by default your camera will simply take and send you a picture whenever a motion is detected. By default, no video is recorded. In order to get your camera also records video you have to:
1- Insert a micro SD card inside the camera (Please check this link to see how to safely insert micro SD card)
2- You need to BVCAM app camera SETTING >>> Device Setting (iOS) / Advanced Setting (android) >>> SD Card Record Config then choose the "Record When Alarms" option.
Yes. You can absolutely use your camera with a network without password requirements. The way to do this is, whenever you are prompted to provide a password in the camera, you can give whatever you want like 8888888 or aaaaaaaa (but it should be at least 8 characters). The network will ignore whatever you provide to it, as there is no password requirements.
