There are certains circumstances which may require you to reset your camera for proper setting up. You may need to reset your camera in the following situations:
1- You need to connect your camera to a different Wi-Fi ( this may happens if you do change's WIFI's name, change your home network router or move to a new location)
2- You have chosen the wrong WIFI (SSID)'s name or/and have input the wrong password (Please always make sure you use the correct Wifi's name and password). If the password and/or the network's name don't match your camera will never come online
3- Unable to find the hidden camera's own's SSID (as shown in below picture) under your phone's setting >>>WIFI (iOS)/ WLAN (android)
